3. Refund Process

The refund will be initiated using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds cannot be issued in cash.

Customers may be required to provide:

Bank Account Holder Name
Account Number
IFSC Code
UPI ID (where applicable)

The refund will be transferred after verification.

6. Failed or Cancelled Payments

If your payment is deducted but the order is not successfully placed, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider.

If you do not receive the reversal within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your payment details.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in the following situations:

Wrong product delivered.
Damaged or defective product received.
Order cancelled by Clutcher Online.
Delivery was not possible due to our operational reasons.

8. Partial Refunds

Products returned with missing accessories.

Orders involving promotional discounts or bundled offers where only part of the order is returned.
